I am a veteran, business owner, automotive operator, custom engraver, and full-stack developer. I built each part of my work from the ground up, and I bring that same personal responsibility into every system I deliver.

I have never been interested in making the same thing everyone else makes. Whether I am rebuilding an engine, engraving a one of one piece, or designing a business system, I look for the detail that makes the result useful, memorable, and unmistakably personal.
I built my work from the ground up. I learn quickly, stay close to every detail, and take personal responsibility for the result. That same discipline carries from the shop floor to every system I deliver.

You work directly with me as the technical lead. I stay close to the work, explain the technical pieces clearly, and personally review every system before it leaves my hands.
Why it matters
The work is personal because the responsibility is personal.
I believe the best work should still be reasonably priced. I take the extra time to help owners understand what they are getting, because a strong relationship starts with clarity and trust.

The team behind IRF
I lead the technical work and personally review every project. A small support team helps keep onboarding, communication, and carefully scoped implementation tasks moving without separating me from the details.
I scope the outcome, design the system, handle the core development, and personally review every release. Clients work directly with me from the first technical conversation through launch.
Technical direction and final reviewMy virtual assistant helps with onboarding, scheduling, calls, follow up, and keeping project information organized so clients always know what comes next.
Client support and coordinationA developing teammate supports smaller coding and implementation tasks under my direction. I bring him into my systems carefully, one workflow at a time, and review every contribution before it becomes part of a client build.
Supervised implementation supportSupport is delegated. Technical accountability is not.
What clients get
I am available remotely by phone or video call. I lead the system design and implementation, personally approve the work, explain the decisions, and can stay involved monthly for monitoring, maintenance, and improvement.
