Local Business Launch System

Privacy and intake notice.

This notice explains what happens to information submitted through the public launch planning form.

Current notice: August 10, 2026

Plain language first

Share business planning facts, not private credentials.

The public form is for evaluating a possible project. Secure access and asset transfer happen later, only after a written scope is accepted and the first payment is complete.

01

Information collected

The launch planning form collects the contact details, business facts, service information, current public assets, selected package options, and planning preferences you choose to submit. It also records limited technical information needed to prevent duplicate or abusive submissions.

02

How the information is used

The information is used to review fit, prepare a possible project scope, estimate the work, communicate about the request, prevent abuse, and maintain a record of the planning decision. Submitting the form does not create a contract, automatic project start, or payment obligation.

03

Storage and service providers

Saved requests may be stored in the website database and processed by the hosting, human verification, and email delivery providers required to operate the intake. Access is limited to Ian and approved support involved in reviewing or delivering the request.

04

Sensitive information

Do not submit passwords, card details, private keys, customer lists, government identifiers, health information, or other regulated or highly sensitive data through the public form or ordinary email. If a project proceeds, the approved private onboarding method is provided after the written scope and first payment.

05

Retention and deletion

Planning information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for review, communication, records, abuse prevention, and legal or operational obligations. You may request correction or deletion, subject to records that must be retained for legitimate business or legal reasons.

06

Your choices

You may use the email planning option instead of the saved online form when it is available. You may also decide not to proceed after receiving a written scope. Monthly services and marketing activity begin only when separately accepted in writing.
